I have always been inconsistent and lazy in doing any sporting activity and guess what? I have been attending this studio assiduously for three years, because it gives me a great sense of well-being, both physical and mental. The instructor Cinzia is a professional, very knowledgeable and always up to date, and believe me not boring at all. He is a special person, spontaneous, welcoming and very attentive to individual needs. Very clean location with attention to detail. I highly recommend you try 😉
